Command Line Messager

This is a very basic command-line messenger for systems on the same LAN.

Syntax:
.\msg.exe host to run the host.
.\msg.exe <target ip=""></target> to run the client
The target IP is an IPv4 or IPv6 address (either work but the IPv6 is the one shown on the socket)

Currently only tested on Windows, may or may not work on other systems
